Just a year after the creation of Jack Gomme, Hyères 1st International Festival of Fashion & Photography awards Paul & Sophie’s cheerful hybrid “dress-bags”.
Creation of the asymmetric Kangourou bag, one of Jack Gomme’s iconic models, inspired by a graphic design and an innovative gesture.
Paul designs the concept and layout of the first Jack Gomme boutique at number 6, rue Montmartre, in the heart of Paris.
The graphic designer Marc Borgers develops the very first Jack Gomme website and the now iconic “Pol & Sof” faces logo.
Between 1998 and 2003, Paul & Sophie’s original and minimalist creations become a true success in Japan, where Jack Gomme opens 5 stores and corners within 5 years.
Creation of the LIGHT line, featuring a unique ultra-light material and a contemporary & ergonomic design. It has become one of Jack Gomme’s greatest successes, crystallizing the brand’s DNA.
Launch of the ATELIER JACK GOMME line. In full grain calf leather, the minimalist design of this collection signs a chic and urban twist for the label.
Opening of a second Parisian flagship in the very popular Marais neighborhood. This new space reflects the creative codes and artistic influences of the brand.
