Once your order has been treated and shipped, your order tracking link will be communicated to you directly by email by the carrier in charge of your package (Colissimo or Fedex – see details in the Delivery Terms section).

Any delivery delay due to a specific problem faced by our tansport service providers (strike, logistic problem, package loss, delivery error), will have to be treated directly with the carrier’s Customers Service.
You can return your items within 14 days from the date of reception of your order. They will have to be returned in their original condition (never used, in their original packaging with their original label), along with the filled return form, and to be shipped back to the following address:

Any damaged package or defective product must be reported within 3 days from the date of reception of the order, by email at [email protected] Once the default will have been validated by our Customer Service, we will proceed to the refund or the exchange of your item, according to your preference. Please note that we might ask you to send the defective product back to us.
Once your article has been returned within the required time, you can contact our Customer Service by email at [email protected] or by phone at +33(0)1 40 41 10 24 in order to proceed the refund or the exchange or your order, or to get a credit note for a future purchase.
Please not that any claim regarding the exchange or the refund of an article that has not been returned within 14 days or that has been damaged, will not be processed by our Customer Service.
